Free Mat Pilates

Join our teachers in training as they work to practice instructing a mat pilates class that is safe for all. All levels are welcome, but know that these are students still practicing their craft on the way to becoming a certified pilates teacher!

Props may include small ball, large ball & theraband! Dress comfortably and bring a mat if you like. We will have mats & props for you to use in studio.
