Art & Sip: Playful Watercolor Landscape

Art & Sip: Playful Watercolor Landscape is a relaxed watercolor class where you’ll paint an idyllic scene of green rolling hills using watercolor, gel pens, and markers. It’s designed to welcome beginners while still offering new techniques and mark-making ideas for experienced artists and crafters. The class is taught by Julie Benoit and focuses on playful approaches to landscape painting. It takes place as part of Thursday Nights @ the Museum. Location is 400 Quail Rd., Longmont, CO 80501. Drinks and snacks—including wine, beer, fizzy water, and snacks—are available for purchase. Registration is required and can be completed online or by phone at 303-651-8374. What makes it special is the guided, low-pressure “sip and create” format inside a museum-night setting.
