Stall Attendant / cook

As a Line Cook/Stall Attendant at Parkway you will be responsible for: • Greeting guests, answering their questions and taking their orders. • Learning the menu to ensure knowledge of all product and being able to assist guests' with their dietary/allergy restrictions • Prepping all items needed for the day, looking ahead and communicating with team • Maintaining a clean workspace • Cleaning the kitchen when the restaurant closes for the day • Putting away orders • Putting out a product that you are proud of • Running different workstations - fryer, grill/flat top, assembly line, oven, stove, ice cream machine, and dishwasher. • Learning the art of hospitality is a must as you will be interacting with every guest ordering from the restaurant.
