Job Description: • Manage our Farm Stand: Daily set up, closing, customer service, and sales • Create displays and maintain proper temperature/moisture levels for spring starter plants, greens, roots, fruits, storage crops, and dry goods. • Stock, track, and manage vegetable inventory from the Packhouse and additional product inventory from other vendors • CSA share distribution and troubleshooting at Farm Stand • Farmers Markets: Longmont or Boulder on Saturdays • Prepare, pack, and drive market truck (must have clean driving record) • Lead crew in any of the above areas • Record-keeping, planning, and preparing • Flexible teamwork: Work and communicate well with our team to keep the whole farm organism running smoothly, including flexibility to jump in where/when needed, such as Flowers & Packhouse Schedule & Compensation: April - November/December, Tue-Sat. $20-$22/hr DOE + staff veggies. Experience required. 40-55 hours/week depending on season and farm needs, with OT pay over 40. That’s right - you get time-and-a-half pay for all hours over 40! Benefits: Bonus pay twice during the season for full-time, full-season staff in their second year of employment at Aspen Moon! 1 hour bonus pay for every 40 hours worked. Sick pay for all staff.
