Temporary Customer Service Representative

Job Overview: Join our team as a Temporary Customer Service Representative and play an essential role in delivering a memorable shopping experience to our customers! Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional and friendly customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may face. • Efficiently handle sales transactions on the cash register, ensuring prompt and accurate checkout service. • Promote and recommend additional items to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. • Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment, including counters and shelves, while keeping track of inventory. • Follow company policies to protect assets and minimize losses. • Assist with product placement and organization based on company standards. • Contribute to store promotions by constructing eye-catching displays. • Support our photo service area and ensure customer satisfaction with photo-related products. • Work collaboratively with the team to keep the store looking its best, both inside and out. • Complete various tasks and special assignments as needed.
