Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service to guests • Manage and facilitate engaging game experiences • Ensure smooth operation of games. • Follow instructions with attention to detail and a positive attitude Requirements: • Availability Thursday thru Sunday. • Valid driver’s license and transportation. • Comfortable speaking in front of people. • Must be able to handle various situations and tasks in a professional manner. • Confident enough to control a group of adults or teenagers. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to follow detailed instructions. • Attention to detail is a must. • Must be reliable and punctual Position Details: • Part-time, 20 hours per week. • Availability Thursday thru Sunday • Weekend availability is a must. • Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends, sometimes on short notice. • Starting wage is $17.50 Escape room experience as a customer is helpful. Escape room employee experience would be amazing! This position requires a strong work ethic and weekend availability.. General information about the position: • Thursday to Sunday is regular schedule with on call as needed. • Monitor games, providing clues and additional assistance when appropriate to ensure a positive game experience for the guests. • Welcoming and Introducing the game to the guests. • Resetting games. • Talking with guests at the end of the game, taking and editing photos. • Cleaning rooms and the facility. • Outgoing, enthusiastic, well groomed, courteous, and engaging with customers. Schedule: • Some Holidays not Thanksgiving day or Christmas day. • Availability Thursday thru Sunday. • Weekend availability. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.50 per hour Work Location: In person
