Position Scope • This role centers on your professional skills within the Transportation, Delivery, Logistics space in Longmont. These positions have a starting pay of $23.50-25.00 (depending on shift)/hour + incentive and the average associate in this position earns $62,000.00 annually while our top performers make about $75,000.00 annually. Positions: Order Selector/Loader Full-Time: 5 nights a week with split nights off (Sat+1 other day between Mon-Thu) This position is responsible for performing various duties within t ... he warehouse, including picking, staging, loading, repackaging, putting away, or transporting all orders according to company standards. (S)he may use powered and unpowered equipment. Essential Duties: \u2022 Reading production labels, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, repacked, disposed, or distributed \u2022 Conveying materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas \u2022 Sorting and placing items on carts, pallets, shelves, racks, bins or boxes according to desired sequence \u2022 Ensuring materials are properly labeled \u2022 Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs Qualifications: \u2022 High School Diploma/GED preferred \u2022 Three months or more related experience preferred \u2022 Pallet jack and picking experience a plus \u2022 Must be able to work in various temperature-controlled zones ranging from -5 F to ambient temperature \u2022 Fluency in English; ability to communicate when necessary to complete duties, read and write \u2022 Must be available to work with the demands of the department which are regular overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays Physical Demands: \u2022 Regularly standing and walking \u2022 Ability to reach and handle objects, tools, or controls. \u2022 Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling \u2022 Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds. \u2022 Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds \u2022 Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds Corporate Summary: At Shamrock Foods Company, people come first \u2013 our associates, our customers, and the families we serve across the nation.
