This is a professional position focused on communication, organization, and relationship building. • Connect with homeowners in areas impacted by recent storms • Inspect roofing systems and document potential damage • Help customers understand insurance and restoration options • Track active projects and maintain strong customer communication PAY AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES New Representatives: $50,000-$80,000 annually Experienced Team Members: $80,000-$150,000+ annually High Performers and Leaders: $150,000-$250,000+ annually Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission opportunities.
