Part Time Self Storage Associate

Advantage Self Storage is seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated, reliable, and customer service oriented individuals to join our regionally reliable Self Storage Facilities in Arvada, CO. Part time positions available 12-28hrs/week- $18, and U-Haul Commission. Applicants with a maintenance background encouraged to apply. Job Description: -Utilize your interpersonal skills while assisting customers in person, on the phone, and on line. -Managers work both indoors and outside managing daily office tasks, sales, maintaining the facility, and cleaning and ensuring spaces are ready to rent. -Assisting U-Haul customers rent and return trucks and trailers. -Maintaining the facility with small repair jobs; tightening springs on garage doors, small handy work (if applicable) We also want you to know that... • You must have the ability to work weekends • Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation used during the workday • Basic computer skills needed • While performing the duties of this job, you will be frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, or bend • On occasion, you may need to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds • Typical Shifts: Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (8hrs), Saturday - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (8hrs), Sunday - 10:00 am - 2:00 pm (4hours). Pay: Part Time- $18/hr. *After 90 day training period you earn accrued vacation and sick leave+401K w/ match+ U-Haul truck commission, and discounts on units and retail.
