House Manager at The Spark Boulder

Safety Standards (required): Our company uses the Community Standards for Theatre for Colorado Seeking a House Manager for Oliver! at the Spark in Boulder, CO SCHEDULING Performance Dates: 4/24/26-5/10/26 + House Manager call is an hour and a half prior to curtain (I.e. for a 7pm performance, HM is called at 5:30pm) + We are looking to fill this role for our production of Oliver! with the possibility of it turning into an ongoing role through our Summer Season and beyond. Performances: (10 PERFORMANCES) FRI Apr 24 @ 7pm SAT Apr 25 @ 6pm SUN Apr 26 @ 1pm FRI May 1 @ 7pm SAT May 2 @ 6pm SUN May 3 @ 1pm FRI May 8 @ 7pm SAT May 9 @ 1pm & 6pm SUN May 10 @ 1pm RESPONSIBILITIES The House Manager will handle the house set-up including sweeping, mopping and setting up chairs. They will also handle lobby set-up which includes checking bathroom stock, tidying, sweep as necessary, concessions (with alcohol), and any signage. They will run the front of house during the event taking tickets and selling concessions at the bar. They will communicate with the technician for the event to ensure a smooth start and audience experience. The House Manager typically has 1-4 volunteers per performance to assist with ticketing, concessions, and parking management.
