Trust Administration / Probate Paralegal $90,000–$105,000 + Bonus Braverman Law Group | Boulder, Colorado Braverman Law Group is a boutique estate planning and asset protection firm serving families throughout Colorado. We are also known for special needs planning. We are expanding our trust administration and probate practice and are looking for an experienced paralegal who wants meaningful responsibility managing estates and trusts. This is not a traditional support role. You will manage administration matters from opening through final distribution and serve as the primary operational contact for trustees, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and CPAs. Attorneys provide legal guidance. You ensure the administration process actually moves forward. Why This Role Is Different Many paralegal roles involve assisting attorneys with isolated tasks. In this role you will: • run trust administration and probate files • work directly with fiduciaries and beneficiaries • coordinate financial institutions and tax professionals • keep matters moving toward resolution Experienced administrators who enjoy ownership of files and direct client contact will thrive here. What You Will Manage You will oversee the administration process for estates and trusts, including: • opening and organizing administration matters • guiding trustees through administration timelines • coordinating asset inventories and valuations • working with financial institutions to marshal assets • coordinating with CPAs on fiduciary tax matters • preparing distribution summaries and accountings • communicating directly with trustees and beneficiaries • communicating with the probate court clerk • moving matters toward timely distribution and closure Attorneys remain available for legal analysis and decision-making. Experience We’re Looking For Strong candidates typically have: • 3+ years of trust administration or probate experience • experience working directly with trustees or beneficiaries • familiarity with probate procedures and administration workflow • strong organizational and client communication skills Candidates with experience in: • estate planning firms • probate litigation practices • fiduciary departments or trust companies are all encouraged to apply. Compensation Salary range: $90,000–$105,000 Additional compensation may include performance bonuses tied to administration matters completed, client satisfaction, and overall firm performance.
