AI Content Strategist

Job Description AI Content Strategist Location: Denver, CO (On-site or Remote) About Evolve Evolve is on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone. We're looking for an AI Content Strategist to lead how we build, train, and operate our AI-powered content engine. Role Overview This Is Primarily a Builder And Systems Role • ~80% of your time: Designing AI workflows, training AI tools on brand voice, building self-service content systems, and producing AI-generated content at scale • ~20% of your time: Delivering human creative touch for campaigns, launches, and key moments What You'll Do Build and Operate Our AI Content Engine (~60% of your time) • Design, build, and refine AI-powered content workflows for blog, email, social, help center, and more • Create and maintain brand training materials, prompt libraries, and style guides for AI tools • Evaluate, onboard, and optimize AI content tools • Build self-service templates and workflows for the marketing team Own Brand Standards and Enable the Team (~20% of your time) • Own brand voice, tone, and visual standards for both humans and AI • Build internal content toolkit: templates, asset libraries, AI usage playbooks • Review and QA contractor and AI-generated output Show Up as the Creative When It Counts (~20% of your time) • Produce high-quality brand content (visual design, copy, or both) for campaigns and launches • Manage external creative partners • Set the creative standard for "great" at Evolve What Makes You a Great Fit • 4+ years in content marketing, brand, or creative role with portfolio showing strong brand sensibility and visual design skills (Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite) • Deep hands-on expertise with AI content tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar), including prompt engineering and training AI models • Systems-first mindset with experience building repeatable workflows using Zapier or Make • Strong creative judgment - knowing when to use AI and when to take the wheel • Comfortable managing external creative contractors or agencies Bonus Points • Experience with AI agent workflows or multi-agent content systems • Hospitality, travel, or marketplace industry background Compensation Salary range: $110,000 - $135,000 (depending on experience and location) Location Requirements Must live in one of Evolve's approved locations (anywhere in U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii). Colorado residents can work remotely, in Denver office, or hybrid.
