Junior Sales Manager – LeafFilter 5 Ace Solutions | Denver, Colorado 5 Ace Solutions is expanding its LeafFilter sales team in the Denver, CO area and looking for a driven Junior Sales Manager to lead from the front. You'll run live pop-up events and face-to-face campaigns, managing your team on the ground while personally engaging homeowners and closing sales. This is a hands-on management role — you'll be active at every event, not behind a desk. What you'll do • Lead and manage a team at live pop-up events, retail locations, and direct marketing campaigns across the Denver metro area promoting LeafFilter gutter protection • Engage homeowners face to face — explain product benefits, handle objections, and generate qualified sales appointments • Coach and motivate team members during events, holding the group accountable to daily and weekly targets • Oversee event setup, flow, and breakdown — keeping displays on-brand and running smoothly from start to finish • Track leads, activity metrics, and campaign results — reporting back to senior management after each event What we're looking for • 1+ year of face-to-face sales, event marketing, or customer-facing experience — home improvement or direct sales background is a strong plus • Natural leader who steps up, sets the tone, and brings energy to the team • Confident communicator — comfortable approaching strangers, holding conversations, and pitching clearly under pressure • Goal-oriented and results-driven — motivated by performance and team success, not just individual numbers • Valid driver's license required; must be authorized to work in the United States What you'll get • Weekly base pay of $800–$1,200 • Paid training in sales leadership and LeafFilter product knowledge • Clear advancement path into senior management roles • The opportunity to represent LeafFilter — one of the most recognized names in home improvement This is a performance-based role.
