Responsibilities • Review each property thoroughly before every showing, study the listing details, know the neighborhood, and come prepared with answers before the questions get asked • Coordinate schedules and confirm appointments so nothing falls through the cracks • Show homes professionally and with purpose, you're representing the team on every walkthrough • Ask the right questions during showings to understand what buyers want and what's holding them back • Debrief with your agent partner after every showing with clear, honest feedback on buyer reactions, objections, and level of interest • Track showing activity and client notes so your agent always has the full picture Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
