Fulfillment Center Worker

You will join Walmart’s store operations team, helping ensure daily retail performance runs smoothly and customers can find every item on their shopping lists. Role and Responsibilities of Fulfillment Center Worker:
In this physically active retail role, you will support operational flow by organizing, transporting, and stocking merchandise. Your work directly impacts product availability and overall customer satisfaction in a fast-paced store environment.
• Stock shelves to maintain consistent product availability
• Unload trucks and transfer incoming inventory to backroom areas
• Move merchandise from storage to the sales floor efficiently
• Keep receiving and backroom areas clean and organized
• Assist customers while stocking and locating items
• Work in various temperature conditions including trucks and freezer areas
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and moving inventory
Required Skills and Experience of Fulfillment Center Worker:

• Ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-moving retail environment
• Ability to lift, carry, and organize merchandise throughout shifts
• Willingness to work in hot and cold environments including freezer spaces
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
