We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic crew members to join our team in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to deliver high-quality food and service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards. Duties • Supervise and coordinate activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations. • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. • Manage food handling processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. • Assist in training new employees on food management practices, customer service protocols, and kitchen operations. • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels. • Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards. • Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and improve overall service quality. • Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas to ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
