Referees

Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Referees. As we are gearing up for our Summer season, we are looking to bring a few more kickball referees on board! Enjoy a fun work environment and competitive pay! I'm looking for referees for Wednesday & Thursday nights from 7pm-9pm for a 7 week season, beginning June 10th - August 5th. Knowledge of cornhole, baseball/softball/kickball is recommended.​ Skills • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey decisions and instructions under pressure. • Proven ability to manage conflicts constructively while maintaining authority. • Experience in sports or officiating is highly desirable. • Ability to work effectively with adults in a lively sporting • Reliable, punctual, with a proactive attitude towards safety and fair play. Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour Work Location: In person
