Weekend Day Porter - Fort Collins (MALE)

***$400 Retention Bonus after 6 Months*** Kleen Tech, the leader in janitorial services, is now seeking a custodian in Fort Collins, CO. This is general office cleaning, bathrooms, vacuuming, trash etc. Must be a self-starter with excellent cleaning skills and good customer service abilities. Duties and Responsibilities:  Vacuum all carpeted areas (using backpack vacuum required for most facilities)  Empty trash cans and replace liners  Clean and sanitize all bathroom facilities including toilets, sinks, mirrors and showers  Restocks necessary items (e.g. soap, paper products)  Empty recycling where applicable  Damp wipe or wash trash cans as needed  Clean chalkboards/dry erase boards  Clean elevator tracks, walls and floors  Spot clean walls and light switch plates  Clean around doorknobs  Clean and sanitize drinking fountains  Wipe baseboards  Wash all entrance area windows and doors – inside and out  Spot clean interior glass  Clean & polish all metal surfaces – brass, stainless steel, etc.  Wipe down exterior of appliances and the insides of microwaves where applicable  Dust all surfaces – picture frames, windowsills, tops of cubes or lockers, etc.  Wipe counter tops, tables, chairs  Dust air vents  Clean and dust light fixtures  Sweep/dust mop all hard surface floors  Wet mop all hard surface floors  Sweep stairs & landings; dust & wipe down railings, spot clean doors and walls in stairwells.  Empty ash trays, replenish sand in ash urns  Sweep entrance mats and walkways • Looking for one male • Pay rate: $17.50/hr. • Valid Drivers License • Must be able to clear a background check and driving record • Must be 18+ years to apply • Willing to drive to different locations Schedule: Saturday & Sundays (Only) - 11:00am-4:00pm Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.50 per hour Benefits: • Referral program License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Willingness to travel: • 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
