Pay: From $15.16 per hour Job description Job Title: Bakery Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Crumb City Commercial Kitchen – Longmont, CO Crumb City is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bakery Assistant to support daily operations at our commercial kitchen in Longmont, Colorado. This role is essential to ensuring our bakery team is fully prepared for a successful day of baking. Responsibilities Pack, seal, and label cookies baked the previous day Prepare and organize cookie pans for production Restock baking ingredients and supplies Set up and break down baking equipment as needed Assist the shipping department with preparing shipping boxes when time allows Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment Schedule & Hours Part-time position with the opportunity for increased hours and responsibilities if desired Typical shifts: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday from 7:00am – 1:00pm Flexibility is required, as hours may adjust based on bakery needs Qualifications Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Flexible and willing to support multiple areas of the bakery Able to work independently and as part of a team Benefits • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Opportunities for advancement Work Location: In person Pay: From $15.16 per hour Benefits • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
