Summer Camp Teacher – School Age (Full-Time) Primrose School – Where Summer is Full of Wonder Are you energetic, adventurous, and ready to make this summer unforgettable? We are looking for a Full-Time Summer Camp Teacher to lead our school-age program—filled with field trips, hands-on activities, and nonstop fun! If you love being on the go, creating exciting experiences for children, and bringing positive energy every day, this is the role for you. Position Overview As a Summer Camp Teacher, you’ll lead a group of school-age children through an action-packed summer of exploration and discovery. Taking students on field trips everyday, you’ll help create a safe, structured, and FUN environment where kids can thrive. This role includes driving our 14 passenger school van for field trips, so confidence and responsibility behind the wheel are a must. What You’ll Do • Lead and supervise school-age children during daily activities and field trips • Facilitate fun, engaging experiences both on-site and off-site • Safely drive children to and from field trips (required) • Maintain a safe, organized, and positive group environment • Build strong relationships with campers and families • Ensure all licensing and safety standards are met at all times • Bring enthusiasm, structure, and creativity to every day What Makes This Role Special • Field Trips – bowling, museums, movies, parks, and more • Active, Fun Environment – no two days are the same • Supportive Team Culture – working with a full time co-worker • Full-Time Hours – consistent schedule all summer long • Make a Lasting Impact – be part of a child’s favorite summer memories Qualifications • Experience working with school-age children in a group setting • Must be comfortable driving a school van (training provided) • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) • Ability to pass required background and driving checks • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills • High energy, flexibility, and a positive attitude Who You Are You’re upbeat, reliable, and ready to jump into the fun.
