Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in Boulder, CO, for a Tour Guide. The Tour Guide will lead private walking tours through The Hill, CU Campus, and surrounding areas, providing an engaging, personal, and high-energy experience for visitors. The role involves sharing authentic stories and lived experiences at CU Boulder, offering local insights and recommendations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Tour Guides serve as trusted resources for prospective students and families who want to understand what life at CU is truly like. Additional responsibilities may include answering visitor inquiries, ensuring schedules are met, following up with guests, and contributing ideas to improve the tour experience as the company grows.
