Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Guarantee all services are performed efficiently and in compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess shop performance and implement improvements.
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies to drive future business growth and increase profitability.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of concerns to maintain high satisfaction rates.
• Manage inventory levels, control costs, and oversee expenses to support business objectives.
• Serve as a key holder and oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and compliance.
• Promote workplace safety by training staff and enforcing compliance with safety policies.
• Ensure proper test drive protocols are followed, adhering to safety practices and traffic laws.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with company and safety regulations.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting automotive repair and safety.
• Collaborate with senior management on business plans, budgets, and initiatives.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Your role will include:
• Direct supervision of staff, providing training, mentorship, and evaluation of team performance.
