We are seeking a part-time front desk receptionist who is motivated, dependable, and thrives in a high-functioning healthcare setting. Position Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist is a critical member of the clinic team and plays a direct role in shaping the patient experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and confidence. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting a high standard of care across the clinic.

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Canva, Outlook, Google Docs/Drive/Sheets, Power Point
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to assist with additional tasks to support clinic operations
• Open to working Saturdays in the future if clinic hours expand
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
• Social media proficiency
• Experience with internal and/or external marketing
• Familiarity with insurance verification, authorizations, and billing processes
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and coding
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist patients in person and via the telephone
• Answering telephones and additional administrative functions
• Patient registration
• Patient appointment scheduling
• Answering telephones and additional administrative functions
• Obtaining referrals and authorizations
• Establish and maintain patient call list and appointment logs
• Utilize various scripting for patient communication
• General facility cleaning and upkeep
Compensation & Schedule
• Hourly compensation: starting at $20+, based on experience
• Approximately 30+ hours per week, with opportunity for growth
