Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs. • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and reservations. • Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages. • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. • Uphold high standards of hospitality in all interactions with guests. Experience • Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. • Familiarity with hospitality management software is beneficial. • Knowledge of night audit processes is an advantage. • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. • A background in resort or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
