🔍 Inside Boulder’s Most Satisfying Free Tour
Liberty Puzzles has been crafting wooden jigsaw puzzles in Boulder for nearly 20 years, inspired by the hand-cut puzzles of the 1930s. Their free, ~20-minute factory tour gives you a front-row seat to the craftsmanship that makes these puzzles so special.
Here’s what you’ll see:
🪵 How wooden puzzles are made — from raw wood to finished masterpiece
🧠 Whimsy pieces — hand-drawn shapes hidden inside every puzzle
🧩 The hand process — each puzzle is carefully taken apart by hand before boxing
🦅 The hidden eagle — a signature piece tucked into every design
🐶 The Wall of Shame — honoring puzzle pieces lost to curious dogs
After the tour, you can browse the Factory Shop, stocked with a wide selection of puzzles if you’re tempted to bring one home (warning: you probably will be).
