For four days, Boulder turns into a full-on movie lover’s playground.

The Boulder International Film Festival (BIFF) is back April 9–12, taking over multiple venues across the city with a lineup that blends indie brilliance, global storytelling, and big-name talent. We’re talking films that go on to snag Oscar nominations, premieres you’ll brag about seeing first, and the kind of intimate screenings where you might just sit a few rows away from the filmmaker.

But BIFF isn’t just about watching movies—it’s an experience.

Opening night galas and live events
A crowd of 25,000+ film fans bringing the energy

🍽️ Don’t miss: CineCHEF (April 9)

This fan-favorite event blends cinema with culinary creativity—where top chefs create dishes inspired by films. This year’s theme? Badass Women Chefs. Boulder’s food scene meets Hollywood storytelling, and honestly… it might be the most Boulder thing ever.
