🎉 Tour de Fat Returns to Fort Collins!

Fort Collins’ most colorful tradition is back! Tour de Fat is rolling in on Saturday, August 23rd at New Belgium Brewing! Think costumes, bikes, beer, and an all-day party that only FoCo could pull off.

Kick things off at 9:30 AM with the costumed bike parade, launching from City Park and winding its way down Mountain Avenue in a sea of wigs, tutus, capes, and wild creativity. The parade wraps at 11:30 AM, but don’t worry, that’s when the real fun starts at New Belgium.

From 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, the brewery transforms into a carnival of music, circus acts, games, and of course, plenty of New Belgium brews. Picture yourself:

• 🍻 Sipping a cold one while watching clowns, comedians, and live bands like Murder by Death

• 🚲 Riding art bikes in the bike pit

• 🐢 Testing your balance in the Slow Ride contest

• 💃 Dancing your heart out in the epic dance competition (with a bike up for grabs!)

• 🎲 Playing giant Jenga, tire toss, and people-watching like it’s your full-time job

And here’s the kicker: It’s FREE. You’ll only spend money if you want to grab a pint, snack on local food truck fare, or support FoCo’s bike orgs with a donation or merch buy.

This year’s theme? “Come as you are.” So whether you show up in a sequined jumpsuit, a banana costume, or just your trusty jeans and tee, you’ll fit right in. One note — no pets allowed (it’s too hot and crowded for our furry pals), but kiddos are welcome thanks to the family zone.
