Happy Thanksgiving, FoCo fam,

Ben here. Currently juggling a newborn in one arm and a slice of pumpkin pie in the other. If you’re sneaking a little “me time” between stuffing refills and family chaos, today’s issue is the perfect escape.

Our big poll last week made one thing crystal clear: you’re craving hidden gems — the tucked-away, locals-love-’em spots that tourists never find. And honestly? Same. So in the spirit of gratitude, I rounded up the microbreweries FoCo locals appreciate most
the ones worth raising a holiday toast to.

Let’s explore the gems:

đŸ» Fort Collins’ Hidden-Gem Breweries You Might’ve Missed

⭐ Zwei Brewing Co.

Authentic German beers, a colorful biergarten, and a Dunkel that tastes like it teleported from Munich. Huge patio + rotating food trucks + good group energy.

⭐ Equinox Brewing

Cozy Old Town spot perfect for sneaking in a beer between errands. Small-batch, seasonal, and the Space Ghost IPA is the stuff of FoCo legend.

⭐ Maxline Brewing

Neighborhood vibes at their purest. Irish Red is a must, live music flows all weekend, and the staff makes you feel like a regular on your first visit.

⭐ Gilded Goat Brewing Company

Two locations. One goat-themed empire. Frumpy MooMoo (a breakfast stout!) is the crowd favorite. Taproom hangs downtown, production brewing in Midtown.

⭐ Mythmaker Brewing

FoCo’s baby brewery
and yes, it’s already become a community favorite. Ever-changing small-batch taps and a cozy living-room feel. Try the Kölsch.

⭐ Salt Road Brewing

Hidden in an alleyway — truly a gem. West Coast IPAs done right, great food trucks, great music, and great “let’s grab one more” energy.

⭐ Hello Brew Co.

A tiny brewery in a 100-year-old house. Women-owned. Super friendly. Great porch hang. Beer list changes constantly, so come ready to be surprised.
