Calling all readers, writers, and “I’ll just browse” book lovers—this one’s for you. FoCo Book Fest is basically a love letter to storytelling, packed with author talks, workshops, panels, and a marketplace where you’ll probably leave with more books than you planned (no judgment). It’s interactive, creative, and built for all ages—so whether you’re deep into your reading era or just getting back into it, there’s something here for you.

🥕 Winter Farmers Market (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Right in the middle of it all, the weekly Foothills farmers market is bringing the goods—literally. Fresh produce, baked treats, local meats, handmade finds… plus live music and kid-friendly activities to keep things lively. It’s the kind of place where you go for “just a few things” and leave with a tote bag full of local favorites.

🐾 Pet Talent & Costume Contest (11:30 AM – 12:30 PM)

Yes, this is real—and yes, you should absolutely go. Celebrate National Pet Day by watching (or entering 👀) Fort Collins’ most adorable competition. From costumes to hidden talents, this is peak wholesome entertainment.
