That’s right—Nancy Drew: Detective is coming to life on stage this October, courtesy of the talented young performers of Debut Theatre Company. Expect suspicious characters, dancing puppets, missing diamonds, and just maybe… a ghost haunting the Old Barn Theatre. Adapted from The Mystery at Lilac Inn and The Clue of the Dancing Puppet, this production is packed with mystery, adventure, and good old-fashioned sleuthing fun for the whole family. Performed by the DTC Players (ages 13–18), these teens do it all—from acting and lighting to set design and costumes. It’s not just a play—it’s a passion project that highlights what “theatre for young people, by young people” truly means.
