🐾 It’s a Corgi Carnival, Fort Collins Style!

This Saturday, Old Town Fort Collins is going full wiggle butt. The 11th annual Tour de Corgi is rolling through Civic Center Park, and yes—it’s exactly as adorable as it sounds. Think tiny legs, floofy behinds, and the most epic dog costume contest you’ve ever seen.

🎃 Here’s how the day shapes up:

9:00 AM: The vendors, doggos, and humans gather—think corgi merch, treats, and tail wags.

10:00 AM: The Costume Contest kicks off. Expect tutus, tacos, superheroes, and maybe a corgi dragon or two.

12:00 PM: The Parade struts through Old Town, turning heads and stealing hearts.

2:30 PM: Event winds down. Your phone’s camera roll? Permanently full of joy.

This fluffy fest raises money for local rescues, so bring your corgi, your best costume game, or just come to squeal with delight. Either way, you don’t want to miss Fort Collins’ cutest tradition.

(And yes, the answer was  C) Wales

Corgis are a Welsh breed! In fact, “Corgi” roughly translates to “dwarf dog” in Welsh. There are two main types: the Pembroke Welsh Corgi and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi.)

Have a paw-some weekend, FoCo! 🐾
