From 11 AM to 3 PM, 4th Avenue and Kimbark will burst to life with music, dance, crafts, food trucks, and the iconic Gigantes Procession. Whether you’re decorating sugar skulls, enjoying tamales, or soaking up the colors of the altars, it’s a vibrant day of remembrance and joy that brings our whole community together.

It’s been a quarter-century of color, culture, and community — and this Saturday, Longmont’s Day of the Dead Family Celebration returns to downtown for its 25th anniversary! 🎉 From 11 AM to 3 PM, 4th Avenue and Kimbark Street will transform into a lively festival filled with traditional music and dance, sugar skull decorating, face painting, crafts, and food trucks galore.

You’ll also find a kids’ play zone, local vendors, and the can’t-miss Gigantes Procession, where towering papier-mĂąchĂ© figures parade through the streets in a joyful tribute to loved ones past. Whether you’re honoring your own heritage or just soaking up the energy, this is one of Longmont’s most heartwarming and visually stunning traditions.
