→ This might be the most Longmont sentence ever: learn how to make cheese while sipping cider, then meet spring baby goats. Kelly Liebrock of The Art of Cheese will walk guests through the basics of cheesemaking — from ingredients and equipment to finding the right milk — and the class wraps with goat visitors from Dolly Mama’s Farmstead Goat Cheese Creamery. It’s part happy hour, part hands-on food class, part adorable animal encounter.

→ This community pop-up is a sweet little Monday move. Locals can bring baked goods to sell, which means even if you’re not showing up with cookies or banana bread in hand, you can still stop by and support neighborhood bakers while treating yourself to something homemade.

→ If you’re more in the mood for low-key fun than a packed event, this recurring Monday hang is a solid pick. Bring your own game, try one from the shop, and lean into the kind of easygoing community vibe that makes a random Monday night feel surprisingly social.
Basically: tonight is giving “small-town charm with excellent snacks.” You can go full cheese scholar, browse a bake sale, roll into game night, or do the bold thing and make an evening of all three.
