Cravings: CHI KAPE Cafe ☕🥟🌎

A small café with a big heart—and even bigger flavor. CHI KAPE serves Guatemalan coffee roasted at origin alongside standout Latin American bites, all from a woman-owned, community-driven spot on Main Street. The coffee is top-tier (and shockingly affordable), the empanadas hit every time, and the owner’s warmth makes first-timers feel like regulars.

New in Longmont: Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings 🥟

Nana’s Dim Sum and Dumplings has officially opened in Harvest Junction, bringing its popular shareable plates to Longmont.

This is one of Nana’s largest locations yet, offering the full menu—think dumplings, Shao Mai, salt & pepper shrimp, beef pancake rolls, and spicy Szechuan chicken—plus a creative cocktail list. The space is roomy and surprisingly cozy for a former strip-mall spot.

Local love: Nana’s donated grand-opening proceeds to Longmont Humane Society, raising over $14,600.

Worth a visit if you’re craving dim sum north of Denver.
