🍥 You Haven’t Lived Until You’ve Slurped These Longmont Ramen Spots

Hey there, Longmont noodle lovers 🍜!

Instant ramen got us through college, but Longmont’s ramen scene is playing in a much tastier league. Whether you’re craving slow-simmered broths, loaded toppings, or a cozy place to sip and slurp, this town has you covered. We did the delicious homework—here’s where to find the most beloved ramen bowls in and around Longmont.

🍜 Slurp Alert: Longmont’s Best Ramen Bowls

You’ve had instant. You’ve had okay. But when it comes to the rich, steamy, slurp-worthy bowls of ramen around Longmont, these local spots go way beyond basic. Whether you’re loyal to one shop or just getting into your noodle era, here are the most talked-about ramen spots in town (and a few just outside city limits worth driving for).

Topping many locals’ lists, Bowl Izakaya is known for bold broths and excellent sides (hello, soup dumplings). If you only try one bowl, make it here.

Another fan favorite with house-made flavors and cozy vibes. Their menu has evolved lately, so it might be time to give it another shot if it’s been a while.

Only available on Sundays—but it’s been called the best ramen in the county by more than one superfan. Crafted by a chef from Osaka using tonkotsu made from scratch.

You’ll find a solid bowl here plus a full Japanese menu that hits all the comforting notes. Bonus: they don’t skimp on toppings.

Okay, technically not Longmont, but worth the drive. Known more for tacos and izakaya-style plates, Birdhouse surprises people with its rich, flavorful ramen options.

Pro tip: If you’re going to get serious about ramen in Longmont, don’t skip the karaage (Japanese fried chicken) at Kazoku—or the Sunday-only run at Sachi. You’ll thank us later.
