Join us for Happy Hour Yoga at 2721 S. College Ave., Unit 3, where we'll flow through vinyasa sequences, syncing movement with breath to build heat, release stress, and foster strength and stability. This class includes expressive breath work to ease tension and set positive intentions. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newbie, all are welcome.
