Curious about CrossFit but not sure where to start? This Saturday is the perfect time to try it! We’re hosting a free community workout and anyone can participate—all fitness levels welcome. No experience needed. Just show up, move, and meet some friendly people from the neighborhood. Not available Saturday? No problem. We also offer a free week for new visitors so you can come try classes anytime and see what it’s all about. Bring a friend, come solo, or bring the whole family—we’d love to meet you!
