About This Event
It’s snowshoe season and we’re headed to the Frisco Nordic Center for a guided snowshoe experience. This beginner snowshoe tour will take you through some of the Nordic Center’s most beautiful terrain while the guide shares information about local ecology, history and folklore. Snowshoes are available for rent. After the snowshoe, the group will enjoy some warm food and drinks in Frisco before returning to the Community Recreation Center. Attendees are responsible for the cost of their food and drinks. Level of Exertion (LOE): 3. Please bring snacks, hydration, and recommended snowshoe equipment. Transportation is included. Meet at the Community Recreation Center, 6842 Wadsworth Blvd., by 9:45 am.
