CHECK-IN & ACTIVITIES: 11am PARADE: 1pm | COSTUME CONTEST: after the parade (Parade Route: around Arapahoe Ave. and 38th St.) $10 donation per dog goes to Boulder's own POSO Dog Rescue. Get a complimentary Social Beer with your donation. Friendly & healthy pups welcome on the patio.
