Ecstatic Movement Tribe (EMT)Welcome to Boulder’s Weekly Dance Ritual!This is your invitation to step into a sacred space where movement, connection, and community meet. Together, we co-create a dance experience to uplift ourselves & others. Sliding Scale: $12-$33 (CASH) Indoor & Outdoor Dance Spaces 7:00-8:00 p.m.: Movement Class – A guided, movement-based class to prepare body and soul for the dance floor. This hour focuses on grounding, breath, and connection, setting the tone for an ecstatic journey. 8:00 p.m.: Opening Circle – Align together as a community before the dance begins. 8:15-10:00 p.m.: Ecstatic Dance – Let the sound and rhythm move you as we rise and vibe together in a freeform dance experience designed to awaken your inner joy. Comfy Corner – Relax and unwind with massage tools. Backyard Bonfire – Connect and reflect under the stars. Yoga Class 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.Jessie Greenberg is an embodiment-based yoga teacher devoted to supporting healing, emotional integration, and embodied self-awareness. These classes are especially beneficial for those navigating heartbreak, relationship transitions, or a longing for a deeper connection with themselves. With years of teaching experience, she creates a slow, grounded, and nurturing space where students can soften, feel, and rebuild trust from the inside out.Jessie completed an intensive month-long Tantra Yoga training in Portugal and deepened her studies at Yogaville, where she explored Integrative Yoga while completing the LYT program. Her teaching is rooted in a chakra-based approach, guiding students progressively through the body—from grounding and safety to heart-centered awareness and intuitive expression. Poses are held with intention, allowing time to notice sensation, emotion, and breath, inviting the nervous system to settle and reorganize.Her classes emphasize mindful awareness, conscious breathing, and gentle, sustained movement to support emotional healing and attachment repair.
