Community Sew Along—Sewing for a Cause

About This Event

Join this fun social and charitable sew-a-long where we sew for a cause. All materials are provided for these classes. Students are welcome to bring scraps from home to use in class if they would like to donate materials. Prior sewing experience is necessary to join this class. Students must know how to sew basic projects and thread a sewing machine. Because space in the studio is limited, please register if you intend on joining. We will be sewing washable menstrual pads for the Maji Safi Group to be sent to school age girls in Tanzania.
