This ongoing gathering offers a place to do that gently and in the body.The Embodied Practice Lab is not a class to perform or perfect anything. It is a supportive space to slow down, settle the nervous system, and meet yourself with awareness.Each session includes grounding, simple breathwork, accessible movement, guided self-inquiry, and deep relaxation gong bath. The focus is on presence rather than performance, and participation is always at your own pace.No prior experience is needed.
