Free Prayer Circle for World Water Day

About This Event

There is a lot of energy moving in our world, and we have been feeling the call to create a space where we can grieve, share, heal and support each other in a sacred container. So, here we are, showing up with inspiration to weave our visions, longings, and desires as a united collective. On March 22, World Water Day, Prasad and I will be guiding a FREE Prayer Circle at Vali Soul Sanctuary, 1pm-3pm. This is a spiritual kind of Prayer and is not tied to any religious context. Prayer meaning heart-centered intentional words, thoughts and expressions to create a current of healing, gratitude, comfort and love, in communion and connection with the Divine, whatever that is to you. This is a space to acknowledge what is happening in our lives, our hearts and the world, to create hopeful visions, ask for guidance and blessings, and to bring our loving thoughts, support and energies to hold these intentions. Ultimately, prayer is a beautiful way to foster peace within and without and to give space to the voice of our heart's truth . When a group of beings pray together consciously, the energy behind them is exponentially powerful. Holding one another's prayers TOGETHER, in community, is incredibly special. There's no better time than now to let ourselves express and connect in this way. It's needed more than ever. We welcome you to pray in whatever way feels right for you- whether that's through words, songs, poems, presence or movement- all is welcome. Here's What You Can Expect (although this is open to shifting and flowing with what is present for the day):- Sharing and connecting with our community- Gentle breathwork and movement practice to calm the system and open the heart- Song sharing (together and separately- you are not required to sing)- Expressing our prayers in all their forms- A meditation to hold, focus on and feed our collective prayers and healing current- A special prayer collaboration for the Waters of the World and the EarthPrasad will be we
