Join award-winning poet Valerie A Szarek and Billboard Magazine award-winning singer-songwriter Laurie D for a multimedia extravaganza during Boulder Arts Week. This event, titled "Poetry and Music for Healing the Earth and Soul," will focus on love, spirituality, social and environmental justice in honor of Earth Day in April. Valerie A Szarek, a performance poet and Native American flute player, shares healing, political, and Shamanic poetry effortlessly bridging the seen and unseen worlds. Laurie Dameron, with over 50 years of guitar-playing experience, has been an environmental activist and performed at numerous venues. Don't miss this special event celebrating art and activism.
