SHARING of SHADOW choreography works in PROCESS. Witness transformational movement and dance films of community members from Boulder County/CO and Berkeley/CA … with Q&A. How are we each cradling grief and aloneness? What creates obstacles in our lives from the great beyond? Are we feeling/seeing our shadows? What do we avoid? Do we still live in a democracy? … are some of our questions for this matinée works in PROCESS sharing. SHADOW choreography is an artistic process to shed light on shadows within our BODY, MIND and SPIRIT realms on a personal and cultural level. We experimented with somatic and performative practices such as Fascial Mobility, Medical QiGong, Holotropic-/ Breathing and variations on Authentic Movement-, improvisation- and choreography practices. Score choreographies and dance films by Til Luchau, Kurt Bigler & Tanja London. Guided by Tanja London the shared works in PROCESS by non classically trained -/dancers have been shaped through 3 one day retreats and about 20h of rehearsal time. You are part of our process! Witnessing somebody in a vulnerable process is potent. Being witnessed in a very vulnerable state is potent. What are we going to do with this potential?
