Shifting Lines, a film made by local athletes and filmmakers, will make its premiere on October 29, 2025, at the Dairy Arts Center in Boulder, CO. The event includes opportunities to enjoy other local films, raffle prizes, and a Q&A with the Shifting Lines athletes and filmmakers. Shifting Lines is a short documentary that follows four local athletes as they blend skiing and highlining into a bold, creative adventure set atop Vail Pass in Colorado’s backcountry. The project captures not only adrenaline, but meaning, connection, and the elusive feeling of flow. At its core, Shifting Lines is about trusting your team, embracing discomfort, and following the pursuits that make you feel most alive. The evening will kick off at 7:00 PM with doors open for mingling, drinks, and raffle ticket sales, followed by the screening of Shifting Lines. A Q&A session with the production team and featured athletes will take place after the film, followed by a community afterparty at Vision Quest Brewery.
