Eleven of Boulder’s boldest choreographers answer that question in RESONANCE, a thrilling new multidisciplinary dance performance. Following the success of EMERGENCE (2024) and MOMENTUM (2025), the Mariposa Collective unleashes an evening that fuses Contemporary, Modern, House, Voguing, Salsa, and Shadow Theatre into a single visceral experience. The result is less a concert and more a conversation between bodies, light, memory, and emotion. Featured works are created by Riley Bartlett, Cassy Clark, Angela Gumieniak, Alli Jones, Jeny Jones, Tanja London, Jesús Muñoz, Celia Grannum Perarnaud, Bridget Ryan, ShawnT Stone, and Betsy Tobin. From underground club styles to contemplative modern dance and cinematic shadow play, the program reflects the eclectic, fiercely collaborative spirit that has defined the Collective since 1994.
