Tim Cook is the bassist and a backing vocalist for the acclaimed New Orleans roots-rock band __The Subdudes__, known for their soulful blend of R&B, blues, funk, and Cajun sounds, alongside members like Tommy Malone (guitar) and John Magnie (keys/accordion). He's a core part of the band's distinctive groove, playing with them for years and continuing to perform and record with the group, even stepping in on bass after the passing of Johnny Ray Allen. Seth Strickland is the founder, frontman, vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter for GREEN BUDDHA, Colorado's original NoCoast Reggae Rockers (est. 2015). With over 10 years on the music scene, Seth has built GREEN BUDDHA into one of Colorado's best live bands, blending reggae, funk, ska, and New Orleans soul into a unique original sound. The band has shared stages with reggae legends like Stephen Marley, The Wailers, and many other top artists across the U.S. "The music and the songs chose me; I didn't really have a choice in it," says Strickland about his musical calling. He named the band to celebrate "the selfless path and the gift of music; a vibration of healing given to us from the creator." Seth will be performing with his godfather Tim Cook from The Subdudes, bringing together two generations of roots music excellence. With new studio releases dropping regularly and GREEN BUDDHA's first-ever live album on the horizon (fall 2025), this special collaboration promises to be an unforgettable musical experience.
