Welcome the summer season at Urban Farmer Denver with our next Tasting Series Dinner on Thursday, June 18 — a thoughtfully curated four-course Colorado dining experience highlighting products from Brunson Meat Co. and Jacob’s Mushrooms, with spirit pairings from The Family Jones Distillery. Created by Executive Chef Jessica Biederman, the evening’s menu explores the flavors of early summer through locally sourced ingredients, collaborative storytelling, and seasonal craftsmanship. The Evening’s Menu Welcome Family Style Snack Board First Course Strawberry Gazpacho elderflower, pickled rhubarb, green almond Second Course Tomatoes dry aged bacon, palisade cherry, micro lettuce Third Course Olathe Sweet Corn sauce romesco, marrow roasted hazelnut, locally foraged mushroom, savory caramel corn Fourth Course Brunson Dry Aged Ribeye with “frites” smoked blackberry demi, truffle Dessert Palisade Peach browned butter cake, cracker jax Dinner begins at 6 PM. $220 per person, inclusive of taxes, fees, and gratuity. Non-alcoholic pairings will also be available. Seating is limited and advanced reservations are required.
