This year, Cinco de Mayo falls on Taco Tuesday, and Cimera, the rooftop restaurant atop the Source Hotel, is marking the occasion with a one-day culinary celebration highlighting bold Pan-Latin flavors, specialty cocktails, and panoramic city views. On Tuesday, May 5, Cimera will offer a limited-edition taco menu from Chef Geoff, created exclusively for the holiday. Featured selections include Tinga de Pollo with black bean purée and pickled onions, and Guisado de Chicharrón, a rich preparation of fried and stewed pork belly. The menu will also feature Cimera’s signature tacos, including Al Pastor, De Hongos, and De Camarones. Guests are invited to make an evening of the experience, beginning in the Source Hotel’s market hall before heading upstairs to Cimera for rooftop dining, cocktails, and a lively atmosphere overlooking the city. Happy Hour, available daily from 3–5 p.m., offers an early opportunity to gather and celebrate.
